Local Q & A sessions to launch

NTK Briefing Graphic3

Thank you to everyone who has been attending the weekly ‘We are EEAST’ Q and A sessions with the Executive Directors, each Thursday at 4pm. It’s been great to see so many people making the time to come along, and to hear the wide range of questions that you have been asking.

However, there is always more that we can do to improve communications within the Trust, and you have told us that it is an issue for you. We want to address this and develop a consistent local approach, which ensures you get the information you need and provides the opportunity for you to ask questions.

From this Thursday, 10th March, the Trust wide Q and A sessions will now be held fortnightly instead of weekly. In the alternating two weeks we will be introducing local versions of the Thursday Q and A sessions. Because we have several different sectors and teams to cover, the local sessions will be split over the remaining two weeks, so each sector will receive one local Q and A session each month.

The sessions will be led by your local Head of Operations, who will be joined initially by an Executive Director. As with the Trust wide sessions, you will receive a meeting invitation which will allow you to join. The agenda will be as per the Trust wide Q and A sessions, with a briefing to start followed by your questions. To kick off, and for ease, we have suggested that the local sessions also take place on Thursdays at 4pm, with the exception of AOC who will will run their session on a Monday at 10am.
