Management Overtime Contracts

We have had a number of queries from individuals in managers roles who have historically held separate management overtime contracts in order to undertake overtime work for the Trust, and the implications that this may have around pay in light of the Flowers judgement.

This is taking longer than we would have hoped to investigate because of the way in which some of these arrangements were originally set up.  We are working towards a resolution on this matter by 13th July 2023 and will provide a further update by then.
