New vacancy within the Multi-Faith network

EEAST is looking for a Social Media/Relationship Building/External Events Officer for the Multi-Faith Network Group. Applications for the role close on 25th September.

The role of the Multi-Faith Network (MFN) is to assist the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) in ensuring diversity and inclusion across the organisation and in effectively discharging their responsibilities as Accountable Officer.

The MFN has been developed to support improved experience for staff within the workplace with a focus on faith and those issues impacting people of faith and to increase awareness and improve better understanding of faiths. 

We believe that supporting people of faith and raising awareness of those faiths within the workplace will improve patient care and experience in the communities we serve.

The Relationship Building/External Events Officer will have responsibility for supporting the following functions:

• Fostering links between the East of England Ambulance Trust Service and similar providers within Health who share the same vision.
• Being aware of all events and networking opportunities within the East of England area that the network can link to.
• Linking in with external events providers and representing the Network and EEAST.
• Co-ordinate a limited number of social events around the activities of the group for members of the network and other colleagues within the Trust.
