New 2022/23 MPT dates now available on Evolve

Dear colleagues,

The new dates for 2022/23 are now available for enrolment on Evolve, for the following MPT modules;

• Dignity at Work Policy
• Disciplinary Policy
• Annual leave/Secondment Policy
• Equality Made Simple
• Recruitment & Selection Training part 1
• Sickness Policy
• Special Leave Policy
• Trac for Recruiting Managers part 2

Any individuals with Line management or supervisory responsibilities are invited to take part in the next series of Manager’s Passport Training modules.

This bite-size training session will be facilitated via the Microsoft Teams App. The Teams App is available on all Trust laptops. If you don’t have the App on your laptop, the Teams meeting invite should re-direct you to where you can download the application. Please join the training sessions individually, on the dates below, this will ensure that your participation in the training session is captured on the Evolve database.

If you are interested in attending these MPT Training Modules, please enrol via your Evolve account. Once you have logged in, click on the Course Library in the toolbar. Scroll down and click on Leadership Development, then Managers Passport Training and then finally click on the title of the MPT Module, you wish to enrols. Follow the enrolment process for the module.

Invites to the Teams app training link, will be sent from the Leadership mailbox.  To fully appreciate and view the information being delivered, please avoid dialling in on your mobile, but join via the Teams App link sent to you.
