New programmes launched to develop our future leaders

Want to develop a career within leadership?

The first set of leadership and development programmes are now open to applications from anyone who has a desire to be a future leader.

Developed by the people and culture OD (organisational development) leadership team, the first two programmes launched this week are:

The application forms are available on East24 [through the above links] and the site pages include specific information for both programmes, course content and the learning methods used.

In the coming months, we are developing and releasing a calendar of events which showcases all opportunities that we will offer, ranging from e-learning, mentoring, coaching, and a series of short, sharp, snappy masterclasses.

We will also be offering a series of masterclasses to include the following subjects:

  • Mentorship
  • Difficult conversations
  • Equality, diversity & inclusivity (valuing our diversity)
  • Unconscious bias
  • Dignity at work
  • TRIM
  • TRIM update session for existing practitioners
  • Mental health first aid
  • Suicide prevention
  • Mindfullness
  • PTSD and stress
  • Resilience – recognising and development of self-awareness and resilience building.
