NHS England research on annual staff survey

NHS England has commissioned a research agency, GfK UK, to do some interviews with staff about the annual NHS staff survey.

Over the next few months, GfK will be undertaking around 1,000 interviews with NHS staff across England. Staff are randomly selected to take part, and if chosen will receive a phone call from GfK on a work office or mobile number. If colleagues aren’t able to complete the interview when called, GfK will make an appointment to call back at a more convenient time.

Interviews should take no more than 20 minutes, but even if you are selected participation is completely voluntary.

All responses will be kept completely confidential, and the NHS England (or the Trust) will not know the individual answers of any participant.
