The Chairman of the NNOPF (North Norfolk Older People’s Forum) has written to the Trust Chief Executive to thank Trust staff members Stuart and Dale, who attended a meeting on Monday (10th November) to explain how the ambulance service works.

Chairman David Russell said: “On behalf of the NNOPF I would like to express thanks to the two EEAST speakers Stuart and Dale who talked to our Forum Executive Committee. It was most enlightening and encouraging to learn of the good work that delivers care with compassion for all those who use the ambulance service now and in the future.”

David added: “It is pleasing to see the ambulance service embracing community engagement as well as promoting it. We look forward to continuing with such engagement in the future.”

Chief Executive Anthony Marsh said: “Well done to Stuart and Dale for what was obviously an enjoyable and informative talk on the Trust. It is really important to engage the public when we can and I would like to thank them for taking the time to do this.”
