Notification of Datix Emergency Server Maintenance

The Trusts DATIX Hosting provider will be carrying out maintenance work on the DATIX servers.

The service will be disrupted and potentially unavailable between 18:00 and 19:00 on Wednesday 13th April 2022. Please make provisions to be off the server by 17:45 on this day.

Staff will still be able to report incidents via the SPOC team, who have kindly agreed to log on paper, during the downtime. Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) Tel No. 0345 602 6856 (Lines open 24/7).

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
