OLM FAQs

The Learning and Development Team have put the below FAQs together to assist in the transition from Evolve to OLM. If you have any questions that are not covered please email LandD@eastamb.nhs.uk.

 

 

  • Can I access ESR / OLM from home?

Yes, you can access on any device.

 

  • Where do I find ESR log in?

The workforce initially set up your access to ESR. You can follow the guidance to reset your password. Watch the video guide on how to do this 

 

  • When is my department moving to OLM?

Please see the below rollout plan for when each department will be moved over.

  • July – Strategy, Culture and Education
  • August – People Services
  • September – Corporate Services (inc. finance, IT, estates, clinical quality, corporate governance, medical and exec)
  • October – Integration and PTS
  • November – Ops and EOC
  • December – Volunteers / any others

 

  • Will I have to redo the mandatory training if I am already compliant on Evolve when I move to OLM?

No, all your compliance will be transferred to OLM. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us by email LandD@eastamb.nhs.uk.

 

  • Is the training the same format as it is on Evolve?

Yes, the content will be the same, it will just be hosted in a centralised platform.

 

  • Will I still receive my monthly reports on compliance?

Currently there is no change with reporting. Monthly reports will still be placed in the Teams folders. However, once OLM is rolled out to more directorates and the supervisors self-service function is in place you will be able to create/access your own reports on OLM. 

 

  • How do i book onto Learning Certifications?
