Please look out for the following employment Policies, which are now available or on their way to the Document library on EAST 24.

 

  1. Leavers Policy and Leavers Management Toolkit
  • This is a new policy, which was an action from the Retention TAFG.
  • The policy and toolkit is to provide managers and employees with guidance to carry out an exit interview. The purpose of the exit interview is to gather information from employees leaving the Trust to inform and advise future recruitment and retention of employees.
  • The policy was reviewed by the HR Policy sub-group, Ops, HR & Unison.
  • The Toolkit takes managers through the process, when an employee resigns
  • It establishes what steps can be taken to prevent further loss of employees if the termination was voluntary.

 

  1. Probationary Policy
  • The annual review of this policy has been completed.
  • It was reviewed externally by the Mills and Reeves Legal firm.
  • The policy was then sent out for consultation to the HR Policy sub-group, Ops, HR & Unison
  • Signed off at SPF.
