Progression Pathway Guidance

The Trust has published progression pathway guidance to support the development of pre-registration operational staff with ambitions for role progression. This includes Trust IHCD Emergency Medical Technicians who would like to achieve paramedic registration.

Additionally, in partnership with Health Education England, BKSB and Open Awards, the Trust has secured access to funded functional skills programmes and assessment for all EEAST staff groups who are unable to evidence historical numeracy and literacy qualifications. This is suited for those looking to improve their recruitment and application processes, or any staff member who would like to evaluate or update their current numeracy and literacy skills.
