Reflective session on Ukranian Conflict

Wellbeing at EEAST graphic

Staff in Hertfordshire and Essex are invited to attend a discussion session focusing on the current conflict in the Ukraine.

The session is an opportunity to explore and understand the impact that the Ukraine and Russia conflict might have on us. It is open to all staff members based in Hertfordshire and Essex, irrespective of background or beliefs, who may be wondering how to support themselves or loved ones if they are experiencing fear, worry, anger and uncertainty.

It will be facilitated in a supportive manner and will not be engaging in any political discussions, simply providing a neutral space for reflection. This session will NOT be recorded.

It is being run by Here For You, a support service launched by Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) and Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPUT) specifically for staff working in healthcare, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Essex and Hertfordshire, as well as those who work in an Essex or Hertfordshire organisation but are based elsewhere.
