Reminder for Clinical Staff - ED pre-alerts

Please would all Clinical Operational Staff remember that any pre-alert patient held outside an ED must be reported on Datix.

The details added to Datix must include the following information:

• Name of hospital
• Patient condition
• Confirmation that pre-alert was accepted
• Total time kept outside of the hospital
