Run DMC raffle July winner and August draw

It’s payday week and that means it is time to Run DMC (device monthly check) and review the version of iOS and Siren Nova on your iPad.   

The lucky winner for this month’s raffle prize, a Tropical Bath and Body Duo set from Elemis, is Alice Colls, HALO at James Paget University Hospital. 

On finding out what the prize was, Alice, who was hoping for a Postcode Lottery style cheque, said “That’s great, thank you so much. I didn’t have a clue what it was though. I try to keep my iPad set to auto-update, to ensure it downloads what it needs to. September’s Run DMC raffle prize is the fragrance Fun Things Always Happen After Sunset, By Killian, valued at around $135 USD. 

Each device that has an up-to-date version of iOS and Siren will automatically be entered into the draw. The winner will be randomly chosen during the first two weeks of September and announced in our September payday week Run DMC reminder on NTK.  

Don’t forget to take the following actions this week to ensure optimal performance of your iPad and work/personal apps. 

1. Go to the Hub app > tap Support > tap Sync Device 

2. Find out the latest version of iOS allowed by IT admin (currently 15.5) on the Trust Service Desk home page in ‘ePCR iPad Fault’ tile, shown below. Click HERE 

 

3. Check iPad software settings to see what iOS is installed on device. Learn how HERE  

4. Review the version of Siren app. Learn how HERE  

 

Once you’ve completed the DMC, take any required actions: 

• Update iOS version using Wi-Fi. Learn how HERE 

• Set up auto updates of Siren. Learn how HERE
