Single point of contact (SPOC) delays

We currently have a capacity issue in the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team which we are urgently trying to resolve over the next 24 hours.  You may experience delays getting through to SPOC today if you want to make a safeguarding referral or report an incident, but please do bear with us as it is vital that these referrals and incident reports are made. We hope to have more staff in place by tomorrow.
