Staff survey coming soon: have your say to make the Trust better

It’s that time of year again – the annual NHS staff survey launches this month and all colleagues will be given the opportunity to share their views.

Once again, you will be able to complete the survey online and you’ll be sent a confidential personal link via your Trust email account sometime from mid-September onwards.

Robert Morton, Chief Executive, said: “Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete last year’s survey and the cultural audit.

“The new Board is working really hard to develop a new forward thinking culture, based on extensive engagement with staff and their needs. Results from last year’s survey, along with the cultural audit and this year’s staff survey, will all inform what they are doing - so your help, support and involvement will really make a difference.”
