The National Quarterly Pulse Survey (NQPS) closes on Monday 31st January so there are only a few days left to have your say.
It is a great opportunity to tell us what you think about your job and the Trust. The survey is about sharing your ideas of what’s working well and what we could improve upon, and your feedback will then help to highlight where need to focus going forward.
The NQPS supports the annual staff survey and is a requirement for all NHS trusts in England. The results from the annual NHS staff survey will be published in March.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is fully anonymous, you cannot be identified by the answers you give or the way you submit the survey.
