Student Uniforms

During 2021-2022, there have been some changes to the way uniform for students from our partner universities is supplied.

As a polite reminder, localities should not order uniform items for our BSc. learners. Instead, please refer them back to their respective university(s) for authorisation. All uniform remains the property of the issuing organisation.

University of Suffolk, University of East Anglia, and University of Bedfordshire utilise the national ambulance uniform (NAS), this is obtained via their university.

Areas supporting students on placement from Anglia Ruskin University and University of Hertfordshire will have noticed students are attending EEAST placement in university branded uniform instead of the NHS National Ambulance Uniform traditionally supplied.

All students will continue to be identified with prominent “STUDENT PARAMEDIC” markings and clear university branding.

Anglia Ruskin University have moved to an all-blue uniform, with yellow logos to match their corporate branding.

University of Hertfordshire have selected green branded shirts, polo shirts and softshell jackets in addition they will identify each year group in practice with epaulettes denoting year of study i.e.

Year 1 – ‘Student Paramedic I’
Year 2 – ‘Student Paramedic II’
Year 3 – ‘Student Paramedic III’

Many thanks for your continued support.
