Listening to your views and learning from them is a critical part of the way we move forward as an organisation.

Alongside the annual NHS staff survey, the National Quarterly Pulse Survey (NQPS) is a requirement and applies to all NHS trusts in England. To undertake the NQPS, we use People Pulse - a national online pulse survey which is sponsored by NHS England and NHS Improvement. The results from the annual NHS staff survey will be out in March.

The latest NQPS survey is now live and is your chance to tell us what you think about your job and the Trust. It is a great opportunity for you to share your ideas about what’s working well and what we could improve upon. Your feedback will then help to highlight where we should be focusing our efforts over the coming months.

The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is fully anonymous, you cannot be identified by the answers you give or the way you submit the survey.
