The latest NHS National Quarterly Pulse Survey is out today (Monday 11th April) and we’re asking all staff to take a few minutes to share your thoughts about what’s working well and what needs to improve across the Trust.

Hein Scheffer, Director of Strategy, Culture and Education, said: ‘Over the next month, I would urge everyone to take a few minutes and share their thoughts and views about working at EEAST. If things aren’t working, it’s important that we know, and equally, if things are improving in certain areas we can build on that with other teams. Feedback from staff is the single most important source of information as we plan the direction the organisation will take over the coming months.’

The survey is anonymous, nobody can be identified by the answers they give or the way they submit the survey. The survey closes on 30th April 2022.

Is taking part mandatory?
Everyone is encouraged to take part, but the survey is not mandatory.

Is it confidential?
The National Quarterly Pulse Survey / People Pulse does not ask for any personal information although we do ask for some demographic information, for example ethnic origin, age or job type. We do this to explore the results for different populations within the NHS.

How will my data be used?
The data will be utilised by local, regional and national workforce teams whereby the aggregated results inform decisions on how best to support our NHS People.
