There is still time to complete the Reasonable Adjustment Survey

The Disability Support Network (DSN) and the EDI team would like to know if you have ever requested any reasonable adjustments while working at EEAST.

The purpose of this short survey is to gain a better understanding of our staff and develop a better future for our employees.

Please note, this survey is for Disability Support Network members and other staff who have had, or requested, reasonable adjustments.

The survey covers questions such as, have reasonable adjustments been approved and the type of equipment you received in way of adjustment.

The information you provide will be dealt with in strictest confidence and will remain anonymous.

The survey, which you can access here is open until Friday 22^nd April.
