Time to Lead consultation launch

Time to Lead is about improving the working lives of colleagues at EEAST so that we can offer everyone the development and support they need to help their teams be the best.

This summer a series of engagement events were held with frontline colleagues over proposals for improvements under the Time to Lead programme and, following feedback, a team-leader based structure was approved by the Executive Board. Since then, the programme team have been working with senior sector leaders to determine the final structure of the senior leadership team and the mix of the additional support roles in each sector.

A formal consultation on this structure launched this week and will run until October 2023. This will include one-to-one conversations for colleagues with their line managers, with support from trade union colleagues as needed.
