Time to Talk Day - 3 February

“Time to Talk” Day takes place on Thursday (3 February). Its aim is to encourage people to start a conversation about mental health with the overall aim of changing lives for the better.

The day is designed to create supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. We all have mental health, by talking about it we can support ourselves and others.

A range of resources are available to help people start conversations at the Time to Talk Day website. There are also a wide variety of support tools and apps which EEAST staff can access on iPads and online, which include:
