Today is International Nurses Day!

Today is International Nurses Day – a day in the year where we can reflect and express our gratitude for all the hard work that nurses do day in, day out.

There are a number of nurses working within EEAST, be that in ECAT, trying to ensure that we give our patients the right care, the first time around and ensuring that ambulances reach those patients most in need of them, but also all our nurses behind the scenes in safeguarding, programme management, the executive team and all our dual registered clinicians.

To mark the day, Melissa Dowdeswell, our Director of Nursing, has recorded the below message.
