Training for national clinical trial

Breathing apparatus

Paramedics are invited to take part in a training session for a national clinical trial, Airways-2.

Airways- 2 will evaluate the differences between i-gel and intubation for patients in cardiac arrest. The results could dramatically improve care for patients who have an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

If any paramedics would like to take part, the training will be held at Letchworth station on 30th September from 11am-1pm.

Mileage will be paid for attending and you will also be paid two hours overtime.
