Verex Shutdown and new ID cards

Following the successful delivery of the new Protégé access control system, the trust old access control system (Verex) will be ceased to function on Friday 1st October.

All old Verex style cards need to be either destroyed on site and disposed in the appropriate manner or returned to the below address for disposal:
Estates Department
Barton Mills
Bury Saint Edmunds
Suffolk
IP28 6AE

New Style Cards
All staff should now be in receipt of a new style identification cards complete with new livery (see example below)

To apply for an ID access card please complete the form here and return with a compliant ID photo, all forms need to be authorised by a line manager.

1. Complete the attached application form.
2. Provide an updated photos in JPEG format only.
3. Email Estates Access - EstatesAccess@eastamb.nhs.uk
