Welcoming call handlers to the Norwich team

Congratulations to our four new emergency call handlers who have joined the Norwich EOC team! 

Training Lead Phil said: “It has been a delight to welcome our new team members through the training department and into the Norwich EOC. Today was the final day of their three week course and they have all worked very hard. I am pleased to welcome these new and very valued colleagues to our team and wish them well.” 

These new recruits have completed their classroom training and will now begin the mentoring portion of their training. 

Next month we will be welcoming another cohort of emergency call handlers and some new dispatchers to the team in Norwich EOC, so watch this space for more joining #TeamEEAST!
