Workplace harassment survey – deadline extended

We all want EEAST to be an excellent place to work. Nobody should come to work with the fear and worry of being subjected to bullying or harassment of any kind and it is imperative that we continue to address the cultural issues within our organisation.

The last harassment survey highlighted problems within our culture and the findings resulted in several important changes across the organisation. It is essential this work continues and the new 2022 Workplace Harassment Survey will help us understand the extent of the problems today and help shape and refine the way we respond to them throughout the rest of this year.

We would like all of our people, including our volunteers, to complete the survey. It is completely anonymous and your data and information will not be shared.

With half term in some areas last week, we have extended the deadline until Monday 7th March. If you have already completed it, thank you, if you have not yet done so we would urge you to respond – please have your say.
