"Worth their weight in gold": what patients have been saying about you

“Outstanding”, “very kind”, and “marvellous” were to name some of the many compliments made by respondents in our latest patient experience report when speaking about you.

More than 110 patients or respondents filled in the questionnaires, with 98% either satisfied or very satisfied with the overall level of service they received from you in January.

For the third consecutive month, the latest figures revealed that 100% of respondents felt they could trust you, and that they were treated with privacy, dignity, and respect.

One person from north Bedfordshire said: “The staff provided the best care possible and went beyond the call of duty for me mum, please pass on my thanks to them.”

Whilst another patient from north Cambridgeshire said: “My experience was a very good one and I don’t think it could have been improved; I was very happy with the care shown to me.”

It was also revealed that almost 94% of people found that the handling of their call was either very acceptable or acceptable.

Kevin Brown, Director of Service Delivery, said: “We strive to provide a consistently high level excellent patient care delivered with the highest degree of professionalism. The feedback from this recent survey is a testimony to your values and work ethic – thank you and well done.”
