Chelmsford call handler gets the silver!

Congratulations are in order for Chelmsford EOC Call Handler Daniel who has achieved his Silver Call Handling award.

To achieve this he had to gain 50 high compliance audits, and previously achieved his Bronze award for 25.

The award was presented to Daniel by his Duty EOC Officer Nicola Karabardak, who said: “I am so proud of Dan for achieving this at such an early stage in his career. It is a pleasure to work with an individual who is dedicated to providing such high standards of care to our patients along with continuously aiming to improve our services to better the patients, the staff and the Trust. Well done Dan.”

And EOC Audit Lead Helen Williams added: “The EOC Audit team are very pleased to recognise Daniel’s achievements of high compliance in call handling with the silver award and pin. Well done Daniel!”

Daniel said: “I am really pleased with my award. I have managed to complete the 50 high compliant calls within two years of working here, which was my target. Since I have started I have had so much support from my colleagues; they are an amazing bunch of people and make it worth coming to work to see.”

He will now be working towards his gold award, which requires 100 high compliance audits.
