A first of its kind CPR-athon will be taking place this Saturday, teaching members of the public basic lifesaving skills.
Staff and volunteers and other medics from the trust, East Anglian Air Ambulance, Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, MAGPAS, Norfolk Accident Rescue Service and Suffolk Accident Rescue Service will simultaneously ‘take over’ shopping centres and community venues.
Each training session takes just a few minutes and involves showing the public practical life-saving skills plus advice on what happens following a 999 call and further information on cardiac care.
