Next stage of operational restructure starts

The next phase of the operations restructure continues and is expected to be concluded by the end of this month.

Following the appointment of the three locality directors (Rob Ashford – Essex, Dave Fountain – Beds and Herts and Matt Broad – Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire), the next level in the operations structure can be completed.

Senior locality managers and senior EOC managers will now be appointed and will be in post by 1^st July. All affected staff will now have received letters detailing their options and the Trust is offering full support throughout this stage.

Following this current phase the final level in the structure will go ahead with the appointment of duty locality officers and supervisors.
