Support your colleagues through Blue Monday

This year, ‘Blue Monday’ is on 18^th January.

The third Monday of January has been awarded the gloomy title due to a combination of post-Christmas blues, cold dark nights and the arrival of unpaid credit bills.

To help give better support, particularly at this time, the Trust offers various programmes and advice lines to help you when you need it most.

There is a free and confidential employee assistance programme (EAP) that you can access for information and advice on a wide range of problems whether they be work, family or personal.

The programme from confidential care (CiC), an independent, expert provider of employee support services, is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week and is accessible online. It’s fully confidential – the only information you have to provide is that you are an employee of EEAST.
