Wellbeing Support Leaflet

The Wellbeing Team have produced a leaflet which includes information on the support available to you. The leaflet contains details on the Mental Health Hubs, psychological support flow chart and useful support contact numbers.

It is more important than ever to take care of your health and wellbeing. If you are struggling, please follow the pathway on the wellbeing leaflet attached to ensure that you can access the most appropriate support. Seeking support early can help avoid more serious problems from surfacing later.
